In the real-estate business since 1982, Terry brings over 20 years experience to the table for the benefit of his clients. He bought Iris Realty in 1988 after working his way up through the ranks of top sales producers.  Now, as a Broker/Co-owner at Iris, he enjoys the highest respect of his peers.  In fact, they voted Terry the designation as one of the most ethical REALTORS® in Burlington.  Terry has always been active in the community  on the Boards of Directors of Civic Music, the Burlington Board of  Realtors,  The Heritage Trust and a past Board Member and vice-president of The Chamber of Commerce.  Terry and his wife of nearly 40 years (Mary Jo) have been blessed with one daughter (Valerie) and two grandsons (Travis & Colton).  In addition to his love of the real-estate business, Terry is passionate about ballroom dancing. DiAnne Lerud-Chubb

Des Moines County has been the site of DiAnne’s home and work place for thirty-four years, a time when she enjoyed success as an educator at Mediapolis High School, built houses, developed a subdivision and became a REALTOR®.  She and her husband Jim Chubb, a native of Burlington and New London guidance counselor, have four children and three grandchildren. DiAnne’s community involvement includes serving as President of Sponsorship for Burlington Steamboat Days; Board member of Burlington YWCA; Secretary of SnowBull, Inc.; former chairman and member of Burlington Optimist Dragon Boat Festivals; state chairman and local officer of Daughters of the American Revolution; member and/or officer of BPW, AAUW and Optimists; honorary member National Honor Society; Volunteer Coordinator for the DMC American Red Cross during the flood of 1993 for which she received a Governor’s Community Volunteer Award; former member and/or officer of numerous educational organizations.
